We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. 2. Shipping costs

Vida Supplement will be shipped to P.O. PO box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

We can ship to military addresses through USPS. We cannot offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Items out of stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and ship the rest of the order.

6. Packages damaged in transit
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.

As part of our subscription service, approximately every thirty days you will receive a package from Vida that includes your order of vitamins and supplements. WHEN YOU REGISTER, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT (A) VIDA SUPPLEMENT (OR OUR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR) IS AUTOMATICALLY AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE YOU APPROXIMATELY EVERY THIRTY DAYS FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION (PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES) DURING THE CUSTOMIZED TIME THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES, AND (B) YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUED UNTIL AFTER THE SECOND CYCLE YOU CANCEL IT OR WE SUSPEND OR STOP PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE SITES OR PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS. 11.1 Cancellation policy
