Refund Policy
We have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or worn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. The only exception to this is if you develop an allergic reaction to any of our products. In this case, a doctor's note explaining the situation must be provided.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@vida-supplement.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item is received, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
